china rising ps3 redeem code not working

Did you purchase a new or used copy of the BF4 Limited Edition? If it is a used copy then the origin owner redeemed the code and you will have to purchase China Rising Separately in order to have it.

If you purchased a brand new shrinkwrapped copy and the code is coming up as redeemed you'll need to speak with a game advisor. The Game Advisor can audit the code to make sure that it was never redeemed before, and it if wasn't fix your issue.
