China Rising
I had China Rising on the PS3 and when I got a PS4 I didn't have it anymore. Is there anyway I can get it back without paying the $15?

Hi there,
I'm sorry to say that there's no way to transfer single ps3 version's dlc to ps4 one. only if you had premium and you used the one time transfer offer you could transfer your dlc as well.

- Dazzu is correct, DLC does not transfer between platforms, only Premium transfers due to being classified as a "service" by Sony instead of DLC.
