Ok here's a screenshot of the problem. Level 10 Assault, Hellriegel still locked.
Re-syncing my account 10+ times has not helped.
The update did not properly resync me either....
Samething here it sucks been stuck on the sams class rank for weeks and ea or dice wont do anything i tried everything to contact them they seem not to care but i really hope they fix it.
Same problem and they aren't fixing it, they got our money and that's it. I'm getting totally owned my the Hellriegel, I'm level 11 but I can't unlock it.... totally unfair. I am NOT giving these thieves another fine of my money, and nothing but platitudes from off shore so called customer service. What a joke

So, it says I leveled up to 10, even though I'm really 11 and I can unlock the Hellriegel....all good right? NO!! The level 10 pistols are still locked
I am having the same issue with my medic class! Any word?!
I've gotten painfully close to actual help via Twitter pestering and being super duper nice to an Advisor when I reach out EA.
One day soon I'll catch the solution and post it here
