Class Rank Mismatch btw Xbox1 Client and Companion/Website, cant use lvl 10 Weps

Screenshot of being level 10 but not

Ok here's a screenshot of the problem. Level 10 Assault, Hellriegel still locked. 

Re-syncing my account 10+ times has not helped.

The update did not properly resync me either....

    I've gotten painfully close to actual help via Twitter pestering and being super duper nice to an Advisor when I reach out EA.

    One day soon I'll catch the solution and post it here
