Class XP Not Applied After Battle

Summarize your bug Every 1 out of 3 matches, no class XP is applied to the classes I play in-battle. The post-battle report screen does not come up, the multiplier never applies correctly, and I am unable to view any of the post-match tabs.
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? 1. Play in an Operation. 2. Do amazingly well. 3. Finish in the top 3, top 5, or top 10 with over 10k points, victory or defeat. 4. Watch the post-match "Assault/Defense Rating' climb over the limit of 35 and never stop climbing. 5. Never get the post-match screen with tabs for highlights, squad, personal, and leaderboard. 6. Check in main menu to discover that none of your classes received XP for the battle, although you received soldier XP. (This is literally all I do.)
What happens when the bug occurs? An Operations game concludes and the post-match screen never comes up. Upon returning to the main menu, I check my classes and find that none of them have gained any experience from my stellar performance. The experience never shows up and I am left questioning why I am investing hours into a game that arbitrarily erases my progress.

Hello!

My name is Gravitrex, or AnarchistReality if you're in accounting. I've been playing Battlefield 1 recently, and I've encountered a strange bug.

Sometimes, after battle in Operations, the post-match screen won't display. This frequently occurs when the "Defense/Assault Rating" bugs out and exceeds the maximum value set, or goes negative, which seems to happen at least 50% of the time.

Sometimes when this happens, things behave normally, and sometimes, just sometimes, instead - none of my classes receive Class XP for the battle.

This just happened once again, when I received 1st place on Iron Walls, totaling over 25k experience between 2 classes with a 2.5x multiplier. It is beginning to get very frustrating seeing my progress evaporate and my classes not advance.

No error codes show up. I don't take screenshots of post-battle screens, though now I might have to start documenting my class XP before and after every battle. I have attempted a repair install, I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game. I have tried different operations, I have tried different loadouts, I have tried quitting in the middle of matches, but when the class XP doesn't transfer over from the server, nothing seems to help.

I am at a loss and becoming deeply frustrated. I already contacted EA Help directly and their Indian call center told me there was nothing they could do and I had to contact a 'Game Administrator" here to receive any assistance. They said they cannot see match history and cannot change player rewards.

This has happened about 10 times now and it is incredibly demoralizing. I habitually check my Class XP after every battle to see how close I am to leveling up, so I am extremely cognizant of times when it doesn't post correctly. Sometimes waiting 5 minutes will see it update, other times it is just gone.
