Code already redem

I claimed the Battlefield 4 game on twitch prime recently but never redeemed it to download it. Now when I go to the page where the code should be it says it has already been redeemed but I haven't redeemed it. How do I get the code so I can install it?

    In the fine print, on most codes, there's a time limit before the code becomes inactive. It's free on Live,  fire up the xbox
