Collector's Edition items

I just bought the BF1 Collector's Edition and went to redeem the Doughboy M1911 and the code was good, like it redeemed and everything.(I play on Xbox) Yet, the weapon is not showing up in game. Has anyone else had this problem in the past?

    Hey there, just looked into it for you. It turns out that the promo offer from the Collector's Edition you're asking about actually expired way back in 2019. Unfortunately, our support team can't really help out with getting that item.
