Command line / Console thing popping up.

As the headline says.
When I play Campaign or Multiplayer, after a while of gameplay I get the this small console/command line looking thing popping up that pretty much makes the game unplayable since it wont let me use the keyboard.
To describe what it looks like: Small black box with the command line in the middle and a green arrow looking thing on the right side of it. Can be moved around with the mouse. And even if u press Enter to make it go away, it pops right back up once you press any button on the keyboard.

Also something to add: This is not the console that pops up but something similar to it.

If anyone knows how to solve this problem please do let me know.
