How long does rapid deploy last once you drop it on a squad?

How long does High Value target light someone up for?

On the android version what do the little triangles mean in each squad box?

On the android version is there any way to tell what current level field upgrade a squad is on so I can tell if it's worth promoting them?

On the android version how can you tell what squad is doing the best so you can give them rapid deploy?

What makes the green bar for field upgrades go up?
