However, you would need to raise this issue with the company you have rented the server from, as it's not provided by EA.
Hi Elliot,
That isn't true at all. The core issue pinpointed by the server provider was on the Blaze backend which EA uses to connect to Battlelog, and it's the weak link which makes it easy for DDOSers to get their way.
Please escalate this to management because it's enabling criminals to swindle new BF4 players of their money.

If the backend Blaze causing such trouble then it is EA's job to troubleshoot. Btw it is still going on - now on multiple EU servers! https://petition.tne.ovh/

That is correct @co0ga ,
Especially if we talk about a PlayStation based server!
Then ALL support to the end user on having that server running correctly is legally assigned to EA's responsibility. EA may have outsourced their BF4 server hosting function to one of their business partners, but that is then for EA themselves to figure out. We being EA customers are only to go to EA direct to get the server hosting problem solved.
And yes, I also can confirm that from the EA server hosting partner for Europe for the BF4 PlayStation environment. And they also confirm this issue to be linked to something on EA's own internal backend. (referred to as BLAZE in other posts...)
