We  have the same issue and started a petition here: https://petition.tne.ovh/ 

DICE has acknowledge the problem and forwarded it internally, let's hope they decide to address it.

Thank you to you and "The Next Era" team for this great initiative!

I forwarded it on to all my friends in the BF4 world on PlayStation, as we are all suffering from those malicious hackers these days.
