Every one can use EAI live chat but you can all so use the call as option but that is only for North America so you might get a big phone bill still did you try this
https://help.ea.com/en/origin go here press contact as give information press I still need help at the bottom of the page and then press start live chat and you will get a live chat whit an EAI agent that will be glad to help you
if you did and it does not work then use the call as option if it is available
