Anyway, just to let you know,a lot of gamers are having problem when they go on their XBOX ONE to play EA games.
They are asked to create a new Origin account even thought they elready have an existing Origin account.
Here a link with some solution by other gamers,Xbox One Origin .
ISSUES LOGGING INTO EA GAMES ON XBOX ONE
Some customers have been having trouble logging into EA games 4 on Xbox One. If you are affected, you will get a looping error during the login process saying you do not have an Origin account.
This issue can be fixed by setting up or editing your Origin SQA (Secret Question and Answer). You can do this by following the steps in this article: How do I change my Security Question and Answer?
Once you have edited your SQA, try logging into the game again. You may need to exit the game client completely and relaunch it for the change to take effect

Or try this
In order to link a gamertag or PSN ID to your Origin account, you need to do this:
1. Log in to your Origin account
2. Click Friends -> Add a friend in the menu bar
3. The pop-up will give you the option to connect to Facebook, XBOX Live or Playstation Network. Choose your preferred option
4. Fill in your log-in details and follow the steps on screen
You're good to go. If you are unable to connect, it could be a temporary issue with the servers. Try again later and if the issue persists for more than 24 hours, contact EA support.
If everything went fine, then you should be able to see your Xbox or PSN account listed under Connected Accounts in your account management page (click Account and Privacy in the menu bar).
Hope this helps

So none of those things worked after trying them multiple times, When I do the add a friend thing and click on my xbox live acct it says that a different Origin ID is already linked with that acct. But I only have one stupid acct. how the heck can I fix this. Even the guy I dealt with in the Online help advisor thing couldn't figure out what Origin ID was linked to my xbox live acct. This is freaking stupid!!! Origins and EA need to pull their damn heads out of their asses!😕mileymad:

Threaten to get a refund that usually gets you somewhere, Try contacting support though however try to request a call back as they now a lot more then Live Chat do. Follow the steps below to contact them,
*Note that some players may have issues when using Internet Explorer. If this is the case, please use an alternate browser such as Firefox or Chrome*
Click the following link and log in: https://help.ea.com/en/
Then click on Help with a Game, and choose your game. If your game isn't listed, try entering the name on the search bar to the right. Alternately you can choose the Browse By Topic option and choose your relevant topic. If it is an account issue that doesn't require Game Advisor assistance, you can click the Manage Account button.
On the next page you will see a bunch of articles, links to community fixes, and a manuals tab for the chosen game.
If the articles aren't relevant to you, scroll to the bottom of the page, and you will get an option to Contact Us.
Click this and you will be prompted to choose your platform, the topic of your issue and to give a brief description of the issue at hand.
You will then have your options available, such as having a Live Chat with an advisor, or scheduling a callback if it is available in your region.
After this, you will get a live chat or a callback (depending on what you chosen) with an EA agent, that will be more then happy to assist you in any way.
