I have the same issue as well, can't join almost any server in my own region (Asia), both custom and official servers. I can't even Operations which is flipping ridiculous! The only servers I could join are those not within my region (NA) and a few Asian servers in TDM or Frontlines.

"Connection to EA online timed out. Your network bandwidth and/or network latency may not meet the requirements for this game." Yet my connection was fine a few weeks ago. Can't join most servers this days.
