Connection to EA Online timed out... (REPOST)

So I've been trying to play Battlefront 2 and Battlefield 1, and when I join, I receive "Cannot Connect to EA Server; it may be a network or latency issue". Additionally, I have to boot up BF1 several times until it'll go past the initial screen with a rotating circle in the top right going indefinitely. (or at least like 20 minutes)
My latency is at 20ms at most, so it's not that so I've trawled as many answers as I can and did the following:

- Flushing the DNS (many times)
- Checking UPnP
- Checking ports
- I've updated my router firmware
- I've reinstalled each game twice
- Repaired the games a few times
- Updated other drivers including network
- Turning off the Origin browser ability
- Running both Origin and the game(s) as an admin
- Moving the computer to a different port
- Turn off the Antivirus
- Closing as many background programs as possible
- UOTrace showing only one issue when connecting to the BIOWARE Star Wars site on Hop 8@57ms, the rest is <11ms (https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/faq/connection-troubleshooting-basic/#testconnection)
I've tried just about everything and gotten no where, spending hours trying to trouble shoot this. It use to work just fine then after the last major update, it's all gone pete tong. Any advice beyond the usual?
So the new update's out and I still keep getting this error...
I seriously hoped updates would do some tweaking to the servers, but I guess I was wrong.
It's a shame since bf games have always been my favourite games since bf2...
I'm close to giving up on this game and maybe just move on for now... I figure if we only had third party servers like in bf3/bf4 this wouldn't be a problem.
I hope this problem doesn't carry on to BFV in the future.
EA Servers are a steaming pile of freeeeeeeekin dog ****, what do you gotta charge DLC prices to get into a server? US West, i get 4-5ms ping to the west coast servers, i have gigabit, i try launching the game and origin with admin which just makes it so i cant even see my ping, yet for some reason i cant connect to any servers sometimes because of garbage *** EA. Are these problems gonna persist in BF5 because i literally cant play the game because my internet is probably better than w/e EA is paying for. This * doesnt have for any other games eather, out of 1000s of hours in overwatch i have been disconnected from a match less times then i can count on 1 hand. I was even playing on the server for over an hour then suddenly disconnected and got this error every time i tried rejoining for over an hour.
- like i dont even think it has anything to do with battlefields servers, its all w/e EA is trying to push in between you and the battlefield servers.
