Hey @BlueObone,
Sorry to hear you're experiencing these Connection Issues.
There was a Patch that went out this morning, and the Servers have been down to deploy the Update.
The Servers should be back up now, can you let us know if you are still having problems connecting?
Also, here are some steps you can follow if you are still having issues:
For support, please visit the EA Help website. For instructions on how to use the EA Help services, please refer to How to use EA Help.
Hope this helps.
Thank you 🙂
I have seen a lot of people having this issue within the last month or two. Everything worked fine before wifi/wired didn't matter. I have a wifi connection and have never had this issue prior to the second to last update (i think.) I even moved and got gigabit internet so I knew bandwidth wouldn't be an issue. I have 1000 mbps down and 35 mbps up. No trouble streaming 4k videos on my TV from Amazon prime and playing games online at the same time. It seems to me that there was something EA changed and now people are having issues. If they can't see that and get the information to the devs to fix it, we will all keep encountering the problems. Hope they fix it soon.

I also have gigabit internet
Every game i have installed runs flawlessly and i have not one single problem with anything
Not steam, or any of the games installed on it
Heck, even call of duty ww2 runs perfectly fine on there with maxed out settings
I have no network problems ever, and never have
Battlefield and origin are the only things that i for some reason just can't log into anymore.
And the funny thing is, it worked the other night when i had a friend over at my house and we both shared the computer playing the game
and then the next day it quit working and i haven't been able to play battlefield for about 3 days now
I even tried to boot up battlefield 3 for some old fun and it doesn't even load, it just tells me there's an error and i can't connect to servers.
It's just a slap in the face when you buy all these things, and then for some reason they just break and stop working, but the kicker is there's absolutely no known fix to how to resolve the issue
can't play bf1 or bf3 with all the DLC
That's a lot of wasted money
And i know it isn't on my end
I know my computer and network is far ahead of being capable of running the game on ultra, and having 10-20 ping with gigabit internet with near all servers in the us
I'm just tired of playing COD ww2, it's bland and boring now
but can't play battlefield apparently

Hey @ChickenGagger69,
Sorry to hear you're experiencing this.
So, from what I gathered, you're having problems launching the game? Or are you having issues getting into a Match? Or both?
Origin isn't working for you as well?
Let me know.
Thanks 🙂- Anonymous8 years ago
My problem is when i start origin, everything looks fine, and games load
But when i try to join any server, it "loads" for about 10 seconds, and then pops up an error screen saying my network is bad and don't have the proper network power when i know i do
This is on PC btw
The game worked earlier this week, and now it doesn't
I've tried every single "solution" that's on this website, and on EA's connection problem forum they have
nothing worked

DICE Team
Hey everyone!
You get this error message when Battlefield 1 is not getting the data fast enough, which could also mean that you are losing data to our server, or having stability issues on your network or on ISP side to us. its less on how fast your network is but it is more about how stable the network is to our servers.
What you can do is follow our network guide and if all fail do a UO-tracer and send the results to me and I'll take a look.

I've been unable to play for a week. I've seen this error message so much it is burned into my retinas. I am at max level 150 and I know my way around the battlefield I know my way around computers and consoles also. Nothing has changed with respect to my network or setup. I simply cannot play. I'm beyond frustrated and I might just retire for good.

Same problem here, cannot connect, wired, high speed internet, no issues with any other games.

Figured I'd bump this and say the problem is persisting for me. I live in an apartment with 3 other guys, and we can all squad up in fortnite without a single issue. Usually when I get this error I load up fortnite and it works without a flaw, so it's hard for me to believe it's on my end. Also my roommate is able to freely connect to battlefield 1, but I for some reason cannot. I will literally sit there trying to connect for 30-40 minutes, my roommate will go watch this and just jump into a game. We're both using ethernet cables, and it doesn't matter who tries to get on first or whatever. Recently bought this game as I was told it was fun, but it has only been a headache. Would love some kind of solution to this as it has been a few days since I could play which is a little annoying.
PS4 works fine for every other game btw, it's just EA related games. Would really like to play this game more, hopefully there may be a solution by now for PS4.

Same Problem here with BFV, it worked flawlessly since launch then one day I get the error. Nothing would fix it then I formatted my PC and re installed it again, happy days it worked for a week then the good old server error returned. 50mb connection and no problem with any other game, even APEX works fine, just BF V having the problem.
