Connection to the server Timed Out

Hi, since the last update i can't play any server, i enter the game and in 2 or 3 minutes the players in the map freeze and the game closes, in battlelog i get the message "ERROR:connection to the se...

I reinstalled bf4 so i don't think that would fix the problem.

And yes i also played with my router on high security but the last month i get this error.

i have this exact same problem and tried everything suggested still doesnt work :/
