Have you already tried to re-install PunkBuster on your system by deleting the software first and installing it via the installer from the following link: http://www.evenbalance.com/downloads/pbsvc/pbsvc.exe

Maybe the problem is with Origins, not his network. I find it ridicilous that i purchase a AAA title, and you require such a level of maintainence that it's not even worth it.
