Connectivity Issues

Sounds like it could be an obscure network problem. How long have you had this problem?
A place to start might be to use UOtrace on the server to check for packetloss. Ideally you would want to do that both from your location to the server but also from the server to you.

Have you talked to whatever company you rent the server from about the problem? They might be able to figure out why it's happening, perhaps whitelist your ip in their network equipment.
I have 0% in and out packet loss. We tried that one of the times I was able to get in
the server was even moved from LA to Chicago. I have been having this issue for months. My ping is stable and doesn't bounce around it just randomly drops me.
Can you post a full UOTrace?
