I get around 160-200 fps but when someone hits me it starts stuttering.
Maybe I should mention that I play on a 60hz monitor (upgrading soon) but I don't think that's the problem, because the game only stutters when I get hit by bullets.
What causes this problem?
GPU: Nvidia 1060 6GB
CPU: Intel i5 6400I'm not the only one who had this problem, see here: https://battlelog.battlefield.com/bf3/forum/threadview/2955065670168268140/
Is this on every map or just certain maps? Do you have your performance graph up while playing? If so what is it doing?

Yes it happens on every map. But in the singleplayer it doesn't happen at all. I could make a video of the problem and link it here. Hopefully you guys can help me.

Turned on the netgraph and made a video

EDIT: I think the problem is caused by packet loss

Would a wifi repeater fix this?

I've just tested it with an ethernet cable, it's still stuttering when I get shot.

Nvidia tested this and wrote me an e-mail.
"Hello,
Thank you for your patience and cooperation.
On single player it works fine but not(!) on multiplayer environment. FPS remains the same and this could be just an issue with their server connectivity.
I suggest you to check with the game developers and check if they can fix it."
