[CONSOLIDATE] Issues/Problems You Faced AFTER Downloading China Rising DLC & Possible Solutions(PC/PS/XBOX)

Sadly, in my case, the solution came from EA self. They issued a redeem code which activated my dlc and made it visible.
You just have to get the right customer service guy from EA . It took me 3 chats but after the code it was resolved right away
