Constant crashes on my brand new xbox-one

Pretty much bought the console for battlefield 1 and got it delivered last Friday. Everything went smooth the first two days but since sunday it has been unplayable. Game freezes and makes a weird so...

    If anyone else have similar problems, I can confirm its hardware related. Most likely the graphic card or motherboard, it crashed after the third round of CoD trial swell. Really sucks when you buy new things with bad quality. I'll have to send it back and wait for a new one or repair I guess (sigh)

and yep, this seems to happened in campaign and even once on the menu side

    Thank you for reporting back on this issue. I am really sorry, you`ve got this hardware issue and hope they will replace your Xbox in no time. Would also appreciate if you were to post here, if everything is working with your new console, once you`ll get it.
