Could not join server in BF4

I can not join a server in BF4, all I get is a message "Could not join server."

    I being have issues trying to connect the servers

    I can see servers running but I can not join them. Anyone know why?

    I didn't have a problem lastnight woke up and went to play now all of a sudden can't connect to servers as well.

    I only get one bar of connection. Super rubber bandy!!!!!
