Could not launch game, check if its installed correctly error code

This error came up this morning when I tried to join a server in BF4. It was running fine last night with no issues, "Could not launch game, check if its installed correctly"

I have not changed any settings, downloaded anything new, I have tried the repair function in origin itself.....

Why all of a sudden with no explanation would this happen? now the game is unplayable
