Could someone please look into why servers on PS4 are crashing?

I'm not sure what to do, but I have a few rented BF4 servers which are unplayable, everyone lags, server goes down to 1 red bar, it kicks everyone or most of the players out, I feel that EA has no interest on tackling this problem, it's been happening, they don't even provide any support to the servers saying that EA no longer runs the servers, but then again it's an EA product advertised by an EA game (BF4) I've been asking for a refund of my money, and not just mines, but other fellow server renters who are also struggling to get their money back for such a broken service that should be working 100% since it's being offered as a product, EA has literally abandoned BF4, and continues to rent out broken servers to people who faithfully buys EA products, I feel ripped off and helpless, I contacted EA so many times and they have giving me the runaround to the point that they told me to contact DICE and/or Sony which they have both stated that it's EA responsibility to correct the issue, if there's anyone organizing taking legal matters to this issue please reply, EA is just selling us broken services and have no will to fix the problem and much less return the money.

And is still to this day happening relentlessly. I am using a hardwired 70mbps connection, ps4 network fine, the server says it is fine. Everything is fine. So why the issues?

Pissing off 45k+ customers ( who play this one server religiously ) doesn't make a lot of sense to me.

I've got a response from any EA Tech trying to resolve the issue, it's like I'm being ignored and no one cares how much money, time and energy I put into the server for the last four years.

a couple of months ago, I even reported a cheater for self admitting DDOSing servers and he's still running around with no action taken against his account.

I purchased servers since BF3, this BF4 server I have now is not my first server, I owned countless of servers on BF4, these people are shying away the people who spend money on their products and it's a shame people in higher positions in EA probably don't even know how their most important customers (big spenders) are being treated by their staff.

2 games since bf4 on console and pc servers still at same price...

With all this going on they should be like 5 dollars a month...
