CPU AND GPU LOADING 100%

So, hey! I just got new PC parts. i5-8600k and GTX 1060 6 Gb and  for some reason game loads my GPU and CPU for 100%. But on previous PC with i5-2500k and same GPU only my processor were on 100% and GPU is on 50% or something. Help ;(

    The thing is that it is working absouletly fine. No throttles at all. I think temperature is about 70 when I play much maybe even 80. But as I know it's fine for Coffee Lake, it can handle it. Anyway, I am using very cheap cooler atm. I will upgrade soon.
