Hmm, that sounds odd.
Is it maybe possible for you to record a video of this happening and DM me a link (YT maybe?) to that video with some details of what exactly is happening? I can then pass it on to the teams to take a look into it.

Yes, a reply was removed as it was violating the forum rules for naming and shaming. Please use the in game reporting features to report players you suspect are cheating or using exploits to servers.

Reporting the hacker won't change anything, I do NOT mean that he won't get banned or the reporting is useless. If his account get banned, he can easily create new account and continue crashing servers like he didn't get banned at all.
The hacker is still crashing operations servers till this day EVERY * NIGHT!!!! We can NOT find any active operations server, but we only see empty servers. This is getting out of control, it is LITERALLY so hard to farm operations battlepack nowadays.
Please please please fix what allows the hacker to crash servers in the first place, that way he will not be able to crash servers in the future.
(I'm sorry for the bad audio quality, I don't know what caused it to be this bad. I edited the video to make sure it follows AHQ rules & guidelines.)
In the game chat, the hacker said "FINAL FLASHHHHHH" indicating that he is going to crash the server and he actually did it, after the error message pops up, you can see that there were 4 operations servers. That means that he already started crashing operations servers and he is going to crash the last few remaining servers until there are no servers left.

Public posts with links that contain stuff like this will indeed be removed because they are in violation of the AHQ forum rules, and the posters will be sent a message as to why their post(s) have been removed.
I specifically asked in the thread to send me a DM (Direct Message), no public post, with more information and a possible video(s) of what exactly is happening, to avoid this situation of having to remove posts.He is still crashing the servers, Every day.
I reported him several times, in EA Help with screenshots where he is saying in chat that he will "nuke" the server.
I guess he was banned sometimes, but as he said in game-chat, he then just buys a new account for some cents.
Tonight (15minutes ago) he even started to crash the conquest servers.
@EA ppl, this has been going on for months now. some dude has complete power over the servers and shuts them down at their will. every single day. usually afternoon primetime. unfortunately it seem like theres always just another account for them to use because the crashes will stop for a cpl days sometimes and then its right back to it.

can you share please some information about the case and process ?i guess you check his chat logs, his statement where he confirm to break the terms of service
tthe server logs which show where he play and in same time range some restart/map change
... no need to go into details "how" he do it, or what you guys in current stage "guess" ...its 2022,

While I do understand that you would like to be kept up to date with what happens with reports, this is unfortunately not something that we currently do. This has many reasons, but mostly to protect the privacy of everyone.
The only official process to report suspicious behaviour in one of our games, are the steps that are mentioned on our website: https://help.ea.com/en/help/faq/report-players-for-cheating-abuse-and-harassment/.

The problem is, that some of this guys use the spectator mode, so we dont even know that they joined the server, the only way to identify them is, when they are spamming the chat.

Had a great time playing oil of empires operation. Nice fights we had. After fao, suez... we pushed 'em back in the sinai desert ... two battilions left... flag B taken, train about 20% and we making progress.. and bamm, server got crashed!! 😕

This happened to me again tonight - someone joined the server, used an aimbot, spammed in the chat that he was going to crash the server, and then crashed the server. I recorded it and have uploaded the video to youtube.

Please please please ask DICE to look into and fix this problem - it is ruining many players experience of this otherwise fantastic game.
EDIT: I did report said player before recording, but they had previously crashed another server several days ago and I therefore do not believe any action had been taken against them.

I've made the video public, just go on youtube and type 'Battlefield 1 hacker server crash' or similar, it should show up eventually.
Of course, there would be no need for the CMs to be protecting the privacy of hackers or cheaters if DICE/EA would just deal with the underlying problems.
- @EA_Leeuw check your pm``s , i have upload videos where that map changes happend while a match is running, + the specific user using some infiltrator kit on a map where it not exist.

It happens at Conquest Servers too, if you have a hacker on the enemy team, and somehow manage to kill them, they get pissed and just crash the server and make everyone loose the connection to the game which results in an instant empty Server...

What do you expect them to do when the game is unsupported? Do you understand what unsupported means? There are no budget funds available to pay for the internal resources to address this issue. If it was going to be addressed, it would have months ago.
They are still selling this game. And all expansions. And Premium Pass. And loot boxes.
And nowhere was it mentioned that the game is unsupported when I bought it one month before.

i am sure that it has any reason that there happen nothing yet,
and that the specific user is still playing with the "famous/reported" account .... which means that something doesn't work on EA `s side around handling Player Reports.
yes .. that player, crash server , use aimbot etc , restart the server quick before the game ends bla bla bla ... with full purpose crash operations server until only one is remaining and then force the user to play with him...
maybe you find a minute to talk with any supervisor/head of office,
i am sure you did before. sometimes good things need a bit longer
and maybe the specific department has not yet spent time on that case....

as requested, even I had upload various records when he is in action,
show clearly that he uses a weapon kit which is not existing on that map / mode etc.
anyway .. ^^ i understand you guys are a multibillion-dollar company with hard ties on manpower aka cost & benefits, and anyone has decided to give a f on it ....
i would do the same and run the show with as less as possible costs,
but tbh and let us face the reality .... you guys are a multi-billion company!!!

edit:... check your PM`s for that specific youtube links,Sadly its not only operations. Tonight in a Conquest game: 3 hackers. 2 on one team, 1 on the other. They upped it more and more because getting angry to be killed sometimes, ending with one of the three nuking the server. Typing it in the chat before.
He had invisibility, speedhack, aimbot, grenade launcher spam etc. You name it, he had it.
BF1 is in even a worse state than BFV
I tried to win the Operation Red Wave today for 2 hours, first I had bad luck with my teams, and then of course this hacker shows up (enemy team had 20 tickets left and we were winning) he just turns on speedhack, aimbot and invisibility, and after only 2 Minutes we lost the game. The he makes everyone disconnect and now there is no server left with this operation.

You once where a great company, now you are just... sad.
Switched to Conquest 1 hour after I calmed down, I was able to play 1 whole round (WOW!) until the next hacker arrived and nuked the server.
This game is unplayable right now.
you wont pass it on to the teams thats the point , this has been going on for over 3 months , what you are trying to do by not tackling this problem is trying to force people to buy battlefield 5 when some of us dont want too , your inaction proves as much !!!
