The REAL solution to this issue isn't banning all these players, it's fixing what allows them to crash servers in the first place!
How about both... fixing what allows them to crash servers + ban them?!
The server crasher guy is around with the same account name a****77 since 06.06.2022...
As noone stops him, in any way however, he will go on crashing the servers every day.

This has become a very serious and recurring problem on the Battlefield 1 operation servers on PC (and possibly consoles) - the frustration of working through an operation and almost winning, only to lose not through a determined enemy but a hacker who spectates the match at the last minute, irritates everyone by saying that they're going to crash the server, and then does so. These hackers are often crashing multiple servers sequentially, to the point that almost no operation servers remain. I frequently experience it multiple times per night, and it is extremely hard to report these hackers because they do not appear on the scoreboard (so their profile cannot be clicked on) and there is no way of knowing they are there without them typing in the in-game chat.
It is ruining the experience for many, many of your fans who love and enjoy playing this game.
We understand that later titles are always the main priority of a developer, but the fact that some trolls are able to just crash official DICE/EA servers is something that urgently needs investigating - not only due to how it affects gameplay, but also because it represents a severe security exploit.
Please please please investigate this issue, because it is genuinely ruining a fantastic game.
