While I do understand that you would like to be kept up to date with what happens with reports, this is unfortunately not something that we currently do. This has many reasons, but mostly to protect the privacy of everyone.
The only official process to report suspicious behaviour in one of our games, are the steps that are mentioned on our website: https://help.ea.com/en/help/faq/report-players-for-cheating-abuse-and-harassment/.

i am sure that i can speak for few player here.
if you comment with " dont worry. we get em, "
or ... " we work on it, "
or ... " looks good, we are optimistic" ..

we do report them, but there is no feedback on that data input"
and believe me .. until i stress some comunity manager/mod i report them few times^
some "enemy spotted" emoji or sound would be atleast something
"me" dont want details .... but some tiny feedback doesnt cost much, and makes it forgotten when it needs months until they are banned ^^
but ... yeah ok, i got it .
- EA_Leeuw@Durch8ruchM, hmm, that seems to be the same (if not similar) as to what I mentioned. 😄 I get what you mean, and this is good feedback that we will pass on of course. But at the moment, this is sadly not something that we can do.

edit .. it took a while to understand that" guys" acting ..
he crash all server expect one, where he play ~ cheatthe ppl have no choice . take it, or leave it
he play then few runds , still cheating but not that hard as the ppl would say that they even leave the last game server with player because of him
Until I wait to find out for what reason I got a 3 day ban here.... the server crashing is going on.
Every operation I played last 3h got crashed.
It is since one or two weeks always the same guy doing it, with the same account qq11xxxxxxx (x=various numbers)
I have reported him several times. for crashing servers, and for cheating when he plays. And with a screenshot where he mentioned he is using a stolen account.
Why not at least ban his actual account??
