@EA_Illium, we're following all the reporting protocols. I've submitted several reports about him, and after reviewing the status of the reports, I was surprised to see them marked "Resolved". How can they be resolved and that same person continues to cheat and crash servers daily?
This is bigger than cheating in my opinion. He's targeting EA/DICE property including private servers to crash them and he knows nothing will be done about it, and so far, he's right.
We really need the admins/Devs to come here and assure the community they're working on resolving this issue. OR tell us that you don't care so we can stop wasting time with reporting.

The representatives in these forums can't do anything other than regrugitate their standard protocols given by higher-ups.
