The question is simple: What are the conditions for the BF1 CTE Veteran Dog Tag ?
I heard someone say 80 hours and 8000 kills but I can't seem to find verification anywhere?

Now, yes. You won't unlock Veteran CTE DogTag in Battlefield 1 if you don't have CTE DogTags in Battlefield 4. Sorry.
@HuggernautNL Players who played BF4 CTE a long time and participated in playtests received this DogTag. Also, I think CTE Veteran tag can be received in BF1 if you have unlocked CTE DogTag(s) in Battlefield 4.
As far as I know to unlock CTE Noob; CTE Advisor; CTE Specialist you had to play 50h (CTE Noob); 150h( CTE Advisor); 300h (CTE Specialist) in Battlefield 4 CTE.
Now there are no ways to unlock CTE DogTags in Battlefield 4 since Battlefield 4 CTE is closed and no longer available.

yea that hurt's ause they never was a cte on console and i never got to do the cte for battlefield 4 so that hurt's pretty bad i ask one of the dev guy's on twitter about cte dogtag for xbox one and he said just play the cte so idk

YEAH! i'am waiting update for having them!!!!
But i'm waiting also to play more CTE because i'm scared to having to start at 0 (time and kills) when these Dog tags will out. Remember weapons lvl10 and Elite codex where we do restard at 0 for having them even if you already had 500kills.
So wait and see 🙂.
