Customization of certain weapons do not save!

Summarize your bug Changes made to some weapons, such as Mosin Nagant Infantry (but not Marksman) and Lebel Model 1886 Infantry, does not stay changed once you leave a server or restart the game. E.g. if I apply a weapon skin to my otherwise stock Mosin Nagant Infantry, set the zoom-in to 2x from the default 1.25x and then either leave a server and/or restart the game, the Mosin Nagant Infantry weapon has reverted back to its stock settings (no skin applied and zoom-in is back on 1.25x). This happens both when I customize the soldier during a game and in the main menu. I have been plagued with this issue with some weapons ever since In The Name of The Tsar DLC was released for Premium Pass owners. It has also affected some of the earlier weapons, such as Level Model 1886 Infantry - during a game a few weeks ago, I put on the bayonet and removed it in another game. Now the bayonet is attached every time I join a new server or restart the game.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Make any changes to a weapon such as the Mosin Nagant Infantry (either in a game or in the main menu Soldier Customization) and restart the game. See if the changes you've made stick. Does not affect all weapons.
