"Customize Soldier" Not Working

    Hello everyone,

    I merged the roughly 25 posts. If you're getting wrong information on the "Customize Soldier" screen, that is a known issue. Please stand by while we're investigating this.

    You can still purchase weapons with warbonds in the "Weapons & Gadgets" menu. You can also adjust your loadout in the game while on a server.

    I will update this thread once there is more information.

Summarize your bug Was in a game of Team Deathmatch, unlocked the new M1917 Enfield Infantry, then returned to the menu. Once I entered the "Customize Soldier" menu, all of my unlocked weapons (DLC, Assignments, Bought with warbonds) were locked as if I never unlocked them before, even though outside this menu it shows I have. I restarted the game a few times, nothing changed.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I'm not sure, as I said, it occured to me after unlocking the new M1917 Enfield in a team deathmatch game and exiting after the game ended.
What happens when the bug occurs? All of my already unlocked weapons are now locked.

Hey,

The issue is confirmed as known and investigated. As you can read in THIS thread, it is based on Search Engine. When the issue is resolved, your stats will be back normal.
