Are you on Win 8? Try delete this file together with a folder dxgi.dll make a backup in case.

i have windows 7, and from where to delete those 2 files ?

Don't delete any files. Open a command prompt as admin and type: sfc /scannow - then hit enter, now Windows will check it's system files and tries to repairs them, if it finds any corruption. If it can't fix the corruption, do a Windows repair installation and then install all recommended Windows Updates,

For me its the problem that i cant even join.
