Hmm when i see the comments below the Product Specifications, it looks like's that some people bought it in 2017, but they had no issue with the dog tag... for example:

Leo O'Day: I bought this and it only came with one key chain but in the discription it says it comes with 2

Galarnix Le Gauloi: Mine is missing the Class Emblem Pins, the only thing i wanted...

The Dog Tag code expires on 21 December 2017. It was available exclusively over ThinkGeek for 60 days, but now you can buy it everywhere. After 21 December the code runs out and can not be redeemed

@OXO5XOX I play on PS4 mate, I have the darhorse and the thinkgeek dog tags, if you books comes without a code contact me I know how to fix it , I had that problem and it was fixed.
