delete my battlefield play4free account + origin account

Hello,
As you can figure from my "subject" I want to have my "Battlefield play4free" and my Origin Account deleted, because I'm using another account mainly to play and download games. This account hasn't been in used in nearly 4 years and using multiple E-Mail adresses is pretty tiring to me.

The account in question is this one I'm writing you from "jayinblack" with the E-mail adress "[edit: email address removed]"

For security purposes, it isn't possible for players to close an Origin (EA) account themselves. In order to delete an Origin (EA) Account, players will need to contact one of our Game Advisors, who will be happy to assist them. Please be aware that for security reasons, when you speak to a Game Advisor, you’ll be asked a number of questions to verify account ownership.
