Deluxe upgrade items not showing up ingame

Ps4 I've installed and uninstalled game and add ons and the hellfighter and laurence of Arabia and battle packs are not showing up for my classes I've done everything I can think of any help full fixe...

    @footlongjohn, have you completely shutdown and unplugged your PS4 for a few minutes?

    This should help your data to sync again.

    If not, please try to restore your licenses.

I've tried that, and in the companion app and customize soldier the guns still showed as locked even after both packs are installed

    I haven't tried the unplugging of the ps4 will give it a go and hopefully that works
