Did not receive Battlefield 4 Veteran Battlepack

Hello, I'm trying to find out how to get the veteran battlepack in Battlefield 4 for PS4.  I have an origins account and my PS3 and PS4 name is Ragekniv.  I have owned and played Battlefield 1942 PC...

I love your franchise(Battlefield, Battlefield Bad Company, and Medal of Honor)but I did not receive a Veteran Battlepack for all the games I have owned prior I would love for my account on Xbox One(American MilSim) to receive it and I understand and thank you for your immense patience toward the community and in aiding me in my gaming expirience.

In addition to owning all games possible for Xbox 360 and Xbox One, I have purchased all DLC and Premium for each game.
