Didn't get the Bad Company 2/BC2 Vietnam veteran dogtags in Battlefield 3.

I have 50+ hours on BC2/BC2 Vietnam and I notice that I don't have either of the dogtags, nor do I have veteran status shown for the games. 

BF3 is an older game at this point but I love it, and I am just wondering whether or not an EA advisor can help me with giving me veteran status. Thank you!
