Can you see if your model has the option to change the HDR modes, for example, can you set yours to HDR Vivid and HDR Standard and then compare the differences.
Game mode on the LG Oled with HDR can throw up some issues with certain games, best thing to do is try changing your settings if you see certain titles looking washed out as the issue is generally something that the TV is unable to handle.

Thanks for the response. This happens on both my displays so I am guessing this is a problem that originates in my PC and not one of the displays. While some do report 'dim' hdr in game mode on LG TVs, this is something else. It's not a lack of brightness, but an overall milky, or washed out, appearance to HDR content that's been affected. I suspect there is something wrong in the way windows is processing the HDR metadata outputted by BF1. Alas i'm not sure there's much more that can be done at this stage.

@antwandemarco Have you calibrated your screen input for HDR, if not and are plugged in your HDMI then it is worth taking a couple of hours to play around with your settings to get the best image possible, remember also that you may need to turn game mode on to get the most out of HDR gaming and also that what works for film viewing may not for gaming.

I am having the same issue. This doesn't happen with any other title I own. What is really strange is that when I go to windowed mode, the HDR setting is working perfectly on Battlefield 1. The second I go to full screen it immediately becomes dull. I cant imagine this an issue with my setup here since it's HDR is working in windowed.
