Please try turning off Ambient Occlusion, as suggested by lxgfusionfoe before (thanks!) over here: Right click on desktop-> Nvidia Control panel From 3D Settings go to Manage 3D settings In the Global Settings tab, set the Ambient occlusion to Off In the Program Settings tab, set the Ambient occlusion to Off

Direct X - CreateBuffer Error (GTX570, NVIDIA 331.82)

Hey everyone,

Has anyone else gotten this exact error before? If so, how did you fix it?

DirectX function "device->CreateBuffer(&dxDesc, &resourceData, &buffer ->m_bugger)" failed with DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_REMOVED

Running:

NVIDIA GeForce GTX 570

Driver: 331.82

Processor: Intel i7-2700K

Memory: 8g RAM

Please try turning off Ambient Occlusion, as suggested by lxgfusionfoe before (thanks!) over here:

Right click on desktop-> Nvidia Control panel

From 3D Settings go to Manage 3D settings

In the Global Settings tab, set the Ambient occlusion to Off

In the Program Settings tab, set the Ambient occlusion to Off
