I was playing just fine until the update yesterday, now I get the error everytime. All my drivers and such are up to date.
Windows 8
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 660
I know my system meets the min. requirements since I was playing it up until the update.

Try uninstalling Geforce Experience, I had the same problem with my GTX295OC on the latest drivers. Haven't been able to play since day one. but after uninstalling Experience I got right in.

I never installed it in the first place, just felt like bloatware to me
EDIT: Looking around the forum I discovered a workaround to getting it to work. Log into an empty server, delete your preferences beforehand in the Battlefield 4 folder in documents. After that I got out and managed to get in just fine.
EDIT2: Trying to get into "Conquest Large" type games I still get the error, there must be a vehicle bug or something that is throwing a wrench into the client

After the update, I get the directx error everytime.....
My graphic card is AMD Radeon HD 7730M and Intel HD Graphics 4000 with both the lastest driver
