These games require current drivers, and cannot run correctly on older hardware that isn't supported by the manufacturer for driver updates. AMD made major changes in their "Graphic Card Next" generation that began with the HD 7730, and cards upward / newer from that point. The HD 6000s have been relegated to "Legacy" status, and typically cannot be used any longer.
There are drivers dated February, 2016, which are a final version of a November, 2015 driver. A major cause of errors in this class is the layering of drivers, one upon another. ending up with corruption, so if you haven't been going with the "Clean" driver upgrade option, you'll need to go to extra effort now. A recently released product you can use will automate the cleanup and reinstall.
Get DDU and use it.
I first became aware of this particular error message over four years ago, related to the Crysis 3 game. It does not affect all users of any particular combination of hardware. It may affect more Geforce video adapter users than it affects Radeon users. Personally, I used nVIDIA products almost exclusively from 1999 through 2009, but I started having more trouble with Geforce drivers than I was willing to accept, and experimented with Radeons again, which I found were a better bargain in bang for the buck value.
Any time that no specific cause for one of these semi-generic error messages is identified, a serious application of Clean Boot trouble shooting procedures is always worthwhile.

In that image you can see crashes caused by kernelbase and Nvlddmkm. First is a Windows component, the latter is a Nvidia file.
The two in combination could suggest a power issue. How does your Windows power settings look? Have you tried turning all power saving measures, especially for the GPU and PCI-E port off?
As I mentioned before many many things can cause that error, it could also be that your power supply has issues as BF1 likes to utilize the CPU and GPU entirely and that causes a large powerdrain. Does it help if you limit the max FPS to lets say 30?

stop talking like a little child . all what you say sounds like a EA help center script :D we all know that there is a problem with game not with windows , drivers or hardware ! https://forums.battlefield.com/en-us/discussion/38131/directx-function-error-nvidia-still-no-fix-do-you-care-22-11-16-18-57-cest/p440
I can play all maps on stable 60fps without stuttering , but there are 3 of them who have make crash in random location . be so good and open that forum and read all that 400 pages !
p.s you can imagine that AMD users get exactly the same damn error like NVIDIA ?!
