DirectX Error "FindClosestMatchingMode"

Haven't played BF4 in about a month, was working fine, try to get into a game today and it crashes after Loading Level screen, giving me a DirectX error pop up:

DirectX function "FindClosestMatchingMode" failed with 

DXGI_ERROR_NOT_CURRENTLY_AVAILABLE ("The requsted 

functionality is not supported by the device or the driver."). GPU:

"NVIDIA GeForce GTX 780", Driver: 34709

Can't seem to find anything online referring to this error, and a pit pissed that game was working fine and now I come back an update and I can't even get into a server or even do the test range...

    Solved my problem -- just had to rollback my Nvidia driver to the previous version, now the game works fine.  I guess the latest driver isn't working properly with the game.

    Hello

    I advise a few things that can help you solve this problem.

    1. Check for updates your Windows.
    2. Reinstall the driver for your video card.
    3. Try to download http://www.microsoft.com/en-US/download/details.aspx?id=35
    4. Reinstall the game and delete the configuration file settings of the game. ( My Documents folder. Battlefield 4 folder.)

    Hi there. Recently I also have this issue happened even it never happen before. I tried to dl so many versions of driver (including newest and older) but this problem is still happening. I have no idea what I can do now...Do you have any other options that can fix this issue?

    yes, i v problem too and nothing helped yet.... driver update doesnt help

    go to nvidia control panel and reset the card to initial settings
    simple
