I've faced this issue like couple weeks, every time I play, after 10 mins, those **bleep** just happen, either it crash or direct error. I am pretty sure every thing on my pc is working fine, and many people face same problem as I do. So i really hope you guys fix this damn bug, not just tell us "updated system or graphics card" we both know that just bul**bleep** comments , cant solve a damn thing. So I am really looking forward to hear GAME HAS FIXED.
Does EA ever respond or even look at these forums?
I've sent a ticket to EA regarding this issue and they answered something like this:
"DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_HUNG" - Means that there is something wrong with the performance of your GPU in the game, this may happen because your GPU couldnt run the game or because its "overclocked" and ends up failing to proccess the graphics shutting the game off.
Also, I pointed them out its not OUR Computer that has a problem, but the game itself! Since its not only me, but ALOT other players to have the same issue. For that they answered:
Like you know, BF4 is played by millions of players around the world, if a few hundred players show up with the DirectX issue, I can assure you that they are the minority of players and the problem has to do with their computer, not with the game, since it works perfectly in millions of others computers.
That is how EA treat us, we are the minority, they dont want to admit the game has a few issues that are prejudicing ALOT of players!
They would blame our computer instead, its alot easier to convince themselves the problem lies in our computer and not in the game.
Apparently we should figure out how to fix it up ourselves because it seems we are not getting any help from them so soon.
