I get this directx error when I run my gpu overclocked on memory however once I turn my gpu memory back to the stock values I dont get this error anymore.
I suggest you guys try to downclock your cards and see if it helps.

This doesn't work. And why on earth should people be expected to nerf their graphics cards?
That's like taking your Ferrari to a garage because it keeps breaking down and the garage saying "oh yes, you need to put a smaller engine in it, that's your problem right there".
How about; FIX THE ******* GAME?!
Just read the upcoming patch notes - no mention of this directx fault anywhere.
It's like they are just putting their head in the sand and refusing to acknowledge there is a huge problem here for a LOT of their PAYING customers.
I spent a total of 2 hours talking to their so called help advisors, who between them had the PC knowledge of a caveman.Their final comment? "You must increase your graphics otherwise Battlefield 4 will not work properly" Yes, this is a direct quote.
And because it was a digital download (origin) you can't get your money back. Such bullshi*
They don't care about us, they've got their money. Disgusting way to treat us loyal customers.

Funny how this keeps getting put back to page 3... What's the matter EA? Don't want everyone to see how much you are taking the mick out of YOUR CUSTOMERS?
