DIrectX Error or BF4 has stop working...really need some help

Hi: I been having this problem everytime no matter playing single or multiplayer.  always crash after 2-10mins playing.(to be more specific: during this 2-10mins I can play smoothly ) DirectX func...

As of tuesday (after playing a few hours without problems) i get "DirectX function GetDeviceRemovedReason failed with dxgi_error_device_hung" and "...dxgi_error_device_reset" EVERYTIME i start the game. Always come between 2-10 seconds after it finishes loading a map. The game just turn completely unplayable for me :/
