I dont think we can depend on EA to fix the hung device error but there seems to be ways to minimise it.
I've updated my drivers to the beta driver and it 'seems' to have improved peformance. Although I was playing a different map on rotation when mine was crashing every 10 mins so not a good test but so far so good. nVidea users might want to try this.
Also found this from a reddit post that seems to have improved peformance. This may have helped alleviate the issue. I dont think we should need to go to these measures for EA but if it works then worth a try.
