I was doing some tasks yesterday, and I think it's work because now I could play about 5 Hours without device hung (just only my PC)

- Turn off in-game Origin overlay

- Using DriverSweeper from guru3D (http://www.guru3d.com/content_page/guru3d_driver_sweeper.html) NOTE : I was uninstall driver in normal way before but it didn't work for me.
