I didn't send an email to support, it only let me open a case. Do you have support's email address?

2 years agoYou open a case by either sending an e-mail or opening a live-chat.
You contact them through EA Help:

After selecting the product and topic, it will then give you the option to send an e-mail or start a live-chat. I assume that you chose the e-mail option as you're waiting for a reply on your case.
